Based in New York City, Phillip has over a decade of experience working with local, state, and federal candidates and elected officials in Florida, New York City, and Washington, D.C. — most recently as Executive Director of the Florida Democratic Party.
Phillip began his career as a high school history teacher in Miami, FL with Teach for America.
Since then he has worked for elected officials and candidates like U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Andrew Gillum, Charlie Crist, the 19th and Dr. Vivek H. Murthy, the 19th and 21st Surgeon General of the United States, and as a Senior Advisor to the Harris-Walz campaign in Florida.
Phillip is currently living in New York City with his Rottweiler pup, Lana.
