Based in New York City, Phillip has over a decade of experience working with local, state, and federal candidates and elected officials in Florida, New York City, and Washington, D.C. — most recently as Executive Director of the Florida Democratic Party.

Phillip began his career as a high school history teacher in Miami, FL with Teach for America.

Since then he has worked for elected officials and candidates like U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Andrew Gillum, Charlie Crist, the 19th and Dr. Vivek H. Murthy, the 19th and 21st Surgeon General of the United States, and as a Senior Advisor to the Harris-Walz campaign in Florida.

Phillip is currently living in New York City with his Rottweiler pup, Lana.

After graduating with a degree in psychology from Columbia University, Phillip spent several years in the classroom — an experience that catalyzed my desire to work in politics and work to make the lives of my students and their communities better.

Since then, Phillip has worked on local, state, and federal campaigns at every level — from organizer to campaign manager, fundraiser, and have served as an on the record spokesperson.
